As a practising atheists we're not having anything special today.
While being busy around the house, we got too tired to cook anything for dinner.

As someone pointed out this was a pagan feast day anyway. It only has a connection to religion if you want it too. I don't practice being an atheist, nobody ever told me practice was required. I follow the whole eat drink and be merry thing.

I'm actually curious, are most of the Asian takeaways still open on Christmas? I'd have destroyed a curry with a few spring rolls today rather than poxy turkey and veg.

Well they have a Jesus = Hitchens
They have a bible = the god delusion
    They have a mass = http://atheist.ie/world-atheist-convention-2011/
They have prophets = See above, they preach at mass
They are very preachy and pushy on their beliefs
    The talk about god/religion relentlessly
They constantly remind us that they are an atheist no matter what the conversion.
They eat chinese food = So do other religions

So yes they are a religion.
