Roof rack for Thule carriers

Looking to get a roof rack and 2x Thule 591 bike carriers. Micksgarage has a aero bar set which is around half the price of the thule aerobats option (saving around 130 euro).
Just wondering is there much difference and has anyone experience of that particular setup?

I bought a set of those alloy aero bars last year, to carry bikes and kayaks. Found them to be very poor quality. The end caps had a habit of falling off, the bars deformed under a 40 kg load (despite being rated for 90 kg) and the final straw was a foot coming loose and damaging the roof.
I ended up putting a Thule square section (the cheapest version) rack on - it hasn't budged, regardless of load. More expensive? Definitely, but I'm not driving around wondering if the rack will still be in one piece when I reach my destination.

Buy cheap, buy twice.

Have you checked out Halfords as they have increased the range and are pretty well priced and the AxA card gives another 10% off as well

Went ahead and got the thule and 591 bike carrier in halyards. Got 10% off as well.
