Can't get video through scart

I am trying to connect Polish nc+ HD receiver to TV with scart cable unsuccessfully although scart is working fine with usual freesat receiver.
No video is showing whatsoever where as when i connect the scart cable to my freesat box picture comes straight up.

need the make and model to do a proper check. It may be set for hdmi output, does your tv have a hdmi input?

Its ITI3740SX Model and Tv doesnt have hdmi

If the Freesat box is working OK it means the dish is pointing at the wrong satellite for Polish TV.

Are you getting no picture output at all, not even graphics?

I'm not familiar with the box but you might need to go into the settings and set the video output to RGB and / or the resolution to 576i to facilitate scart.

Once the box is turned off and on again manufacturers logo comes on for 10 seconds which shows me that all is connected properly.
Then when channels should show, TV screen goes blank as if nothing is connected.
When i switch scart cable to freesat box picture is back on.
So i should set the box up on hdmi tv and that will do it.

NC+ is a polish service on 13degrees. If the Freesat box is working it means the dish is pointing at 28 degrees NOT 13. The dish will need to be re-aligned to get this service.

Thanks Gerry, but i cant even access options for this nc+ box.
With other receivers like sky for example even if just the scart is connected to box with no cable coming in from the sky dish for signal you would still be able to see sky box options on tv and control it.

i got the manual but its in polish!! and a bind to get it translated ie xmas day, however its more than likely the box is set for hdmi and it set to a resolution that scart cant manage, there is usually a button on remote that allows you to change format but as its polish its not clear, i read on one site if you press tv button and * a few times it may work, make sure box is on and tv is connected by scart, go slow, whats the make of tv???

I am trying to figure out if tv has component inputs as well but Toshiba is not enough!! i should have said model number as well

i found the manual and you press the * and later 1 on remote control which switches you to SD signal.
now i have picture so i can go out and align the dish
