    young farmer starting out, have 50 cows and followers but don't own any land as farm isn't signed over yet from father. is there anywhere that a farmer can get an unsecured loan of roughly 30000?.

    Term it as being a stock loan. 50 cows show your good for it.

    Bank of Ireland were doing unsecured loans of up to €60,000 this summer

    Ulster bank maybe
    took me the guts of 5 months to get a loan for 22k with plenty of security with ulster bank. Think they have tightened up alot, need profit monitor/plans for the next few years, last few years accounts etc
