Anyone know these guys? Any experiences to relate? Feel free to PM if you don't think it's publishable (not that I'm pre-judging). They're selling a car I'm interested in.

Seems to be a pretty new operation based on the domain registration

    Why didn't I think of that?

    Thanks. Good find.:)

The domain registration could be explained as simply a new website for an existing business but what concerns me more is that I can't find anything on cro.ie for Quay West in that area. AFAIK a sole trader is required to register with the CRO when he operates under a trade name instead of his own name.

I also find it a strange co-incidence that the domain is registered to someone with the same name as an English Premiere League player (Fulham?).

I noticed that too, once I googled his name (cos I know nothing about soccer).

CRO is another good check that I never thought of doing. Think I'll cross this one off the list though.

I am always put off by dealers who cover the registration plate with their own logos. That and the area they are based. And nothing on their stocklist is rare or in anyway exclusive :)

And, rightly or wrongly, I'm always suspicious of smaller local businesses who don't trade under their own name, or at least advertise their own name prominently as well.
