Hi. Ive firebird condensing boiler and behind It is some switch on pipe which you can slide for auto or manual does anyone knows for what is that switch its on auto now. Have also choice in house to heat water or radiators but when I choosing only water it heats also radiators so must be something wrong.

I would guess it is a motorised valve. Probably controlling the hot water flow to hot water cylinder or hot water cylinder and radiators.
If you switch between hot water only and hot water + radiators you should hear the valve activate.

But shuld I have it on manual or auto? I dont hear anything because burner is outside the house. If ill switch to hot water only is that normal that heats my radiators too?

It should be on auto, that's how mine is anyway. i don't think the rads should heat if HW only is selected but maybe someone who knows more will answer that part.

The lever should be left in the "Auto" position. Normally if it is active, or switched on, when you try to move the lever it should move to the Manual position quite freely. When everything is switched off it should be harder to move it over to the Manual position and when you let it go it should spring back to the Auto position by itself.
If the lever is easy to move whether switched on or off, then the valve is most likely seized and is stuck in the open position.
This could explain why the radiators are heating when you are only trying to heat the water.

It should be where it is in photo.
