Flying out tomorrow afternoon and wondering would 1 hour be ok to arrive before flight, last time i flew out it was very quiet and was only a matter of minutes. Being xmas now maybe airport be slower. All help appreciated.

I would give myself an extra 15 minutes to be on the safe side. Sometimes security can be slow as there are only a few walk through scanners working.

Also bear in mind you will have some people who are not regular fliers who will be bring liquids, wrapped presents, forgot to take out laptops etc. and these people will delay things.
