S3 not functioning

    so I had put in a s4 charger on an s3 for the first time and not the phone won't function, it will turn on and everything but I cannot use the phone as it wont respond to any of my commands.
    a thing called sysscope warning came up saying it cannot be manifested ?
    also a red small exclamation mark comes on the left hand top corner during the start up.
    when sometimes the phone gets past pin code, it freezes after 15 seconds.

    Okay I have uninstalled supersu, the phone is functioning, but sometimes it freezes but how do I get rid of the red exclamation mark on the top right ?

    I performed factory reset as well, but the mark still appears and a team win recover appeared in the startup from the factory reset ??
