Spark plug question

Was doing a routine spark plug check today , and while comparing , one of my plugs where far worse than the rest i cleaned them up best i could , 3 came up brand new , the bad one was still fairly fouled . what would cause this ?

I didnt change them because there iridium long life plugs i only put in about 4-5 months ago

There could be an issue with the cylinder where the bad plug sits.
Car make etc? Which cylinder is it?

its a 97 honda integra . coming from cylinder 3 ! , what could be causing this ? was thinking piston rings or valve clearence , will be doing a compression test soon enough il know more then though iv a fair idea cylinder 3+4 will give lower readings
