    Welcome to boards.ie.

You should be okay as regards stomach worms for a while due to the persistence of the ivermectin and the low temperatures.

The fluke component is less than stellar. Basically, I'd ignore it as being of any use; your only saving grace in this case being a good year, weather-wise.
Again that really depends on your location and ground conditions.

As regards lice, you may be okay, in part due to the animals still being out. Just wait and see there.

Any of the avermectins super only kill adult fluke. So little or no use in your situtation. You be better off dosing with Fasinex which will give you 10 weeks before you have adult fluke in livers again. Flukiver and Trodax injections kill fluke and immature fluke and it is 6 weeks before we have adult fluke again

We generally do outwintered weanlings twice, once in late nov/early dec and again in feb, usually with cheapie ivermectin and endofluke, which is same as fasinex but cheaper.
