NH 8340 Assister Ram seals

Hi all, have a 98 blue roof NH 8340 with both assister ram seals leaking on lift... Anyone know how to split these rams.. seems like welded with no split.. maybe paint is covering??? Also planning on giving the same tractor a full overhaul in the quiet months.. any info on the following issues be much appreciated.. .1. oil…

.1. oil leak in centre of tractor.. obviously needs splitting .. leaking down through 4wd shaft
.2. vibration in 1000rpm pto
.3. any other advisory bits to check before I give it a full respray 9500hrs
