3G dropping during call

Hey, Anyone every encountered an issue where 3g drops during a call to GPRS... and more annoying is it doesnt recover after the call... I have had to turn on and of aeroplane mode to get it back. It has only started since I moved to tesco mobile. running lollipop on android. Thanks,
