    I've a Samsung NP-E452-JA01UK.
Maybe I'm dreaming, but I thought the two hard drives C and D each had 165GB, but when I glanced at it this morning to check how much space I still have in my C drive, I notice that the total there is 111GB, while D (which has nothing on it) is indeed 165GB.
Am I wrong thinking there used to be 165GB on both?

I think you may be mistaken. The laptop comes with a 320gb hard drive. (you have two partitions). The windows partition always reports back smaller that the actual size.

OK, fair enough, thanks a lot.

It is also likely to have a boot partition and a recovery partition neither of which show as drives.
