How long does it normally take to receive the deed for a house ( second hand ) from my Solicitor ? From early on in the process I wasn't happy with his performance but that's another story . I signed around April/May and still waiting on the title deeds. We spoke about 6-8 weeks ago where he said the deeds have arrived…

How long does it normally take to receive the deed for a house ( second hand ) from my Solicitor ?
From early on in the process I wasn't happy with his performance but that's another story . I signed around April/May and still waiting on the title deeds.
We spoke about 6-8 weeks ago where he said the deeds have arrived would you like me to hang on to them for safe keeping and I said no thanks.
After waiting a couple more weeks I emailed him to ask is there any sign of them and he replied that he has it dictated for them to get dictation and as soon as he will deliver or something to that effect.

What should I do ?
