do u try and ensure that your urine is always clear? What amount of water ensures that your urine is clear?

If your pee is beetroot colour then you need to go to the hospital.

Pee can be very dark colour too if youre taking a Multi Vit with a large amount of Vit C.

If im doing a sport that stresses the immune system i always take a Multi Vit just to support to immune system.

I always make sure its clear and it is rarley yellow. If it is I drink a bit more water.

The colour of urine depends on the amount of waste in it. As someone said, if it;s yellow you just need to drink more water.

Thought I read somewhere that if it's fully clear you're drinking too much water? I drink about 4l a day and mine varies from totally clear to dark yellow throughout the day (do eat beetroot most days; delicious with honey & fish!).

I remember watching the doc on Jim Stynes and not even the promise of a medical improvement made drinking his own pìss any more palatable
