    Who here has made the switch from beef to dairy or is planning too? It seems to me that its the best suckler men that are moving to dairy.?

    I made the switch. Frist season finish and I am very pleased with it. My experience is milking cows are easier than suckler. Dairy cows do let damage to land and u can stock higher per/Ha and the monthly cheque. The key is good roadways and reseeded ground and don't buy stock from pedregee breeder with ( good high yielding cow with low profit ) !!!!! and fed with the diet feeder
