    I just Googled it there and the web seems to be awash with threads on the dos and donts of body removal. Seems fairly straightforward if approached in a methodical manner.

    Hi unfit thanks that's what I was looking for, angle grinder big hammer and chisels are ready
    hope to start striping interior and bumpers this week going to need a lot of work but its a
    nice project. Again Thank you.

    Good luck with the project. They are a lovely car and well worth preserving.
    Body off rebuilds are a big undertaking. I am halfway through a Triumph GT6 at present.

    Hi Im in Enniscorthy Co Wexford, Got the seats and interior trim, rear lights, front lights,
    seat belts and door cards off today going at front bumper tomorrow , going to need an angle
    grinder from now on all bolts are rusted solid. Wat have started.
