Warning light dash ford focus green "o/d off"

    2002 ford focus 1.4l petrol

This light has started flashing on ignition but turns off pretty much straight away. However this morning it took a few attempts for the car to start (last used on Sunday, but regularly laid up for a few days and no issue starting after layoff) and the light went off after about a minute. Car drove fine, no issues with it.

I had it into the local garage a few weeks ago after it started and they did a diagnostic on it and nothing came up. I did a google search and didn't find anything useful.

Also the orange engine maintenance light has also been coming on ignition but also goes off but takes about 10 minutes. This has been going on for 18 months but again nothing is showing up and mechanic wasn't concerned.

Any ideas on either of these, should I go to a ford dealer to get them checked out?
