Shipping to the UK

    Is there a courier that someone could recommend to send a laptop to the UK?

    I tried An Post Registered Post, DHL and DPD - they all reject it because the battery is included.

    FYI - Worldbox don't accept batteries either!:(

    Has anyone any other suggestions?
    Surely someone has couriered a laptop to the UK before?

    I've bought two laptops and a replacement battery from the UK as well as packs of AA and AAA batteries and all have been delivered by courier/post. Maybe it's the fact that the battery is not new. Why not ship it without the battery.

    Im gonna have to try this now.Ill have to ask them will they accept it without battery.
    Its just an ongoing nightmare this...Note to self - never buy ex-display laptops from England.
