Hi. I applied for IT graduate programme in February and gave the online screening exam in early March. Now I have my interview scheduled for 19th March which is going to be a case study, group presentation followed by individual presentation and then finally a face to face interview.
I am hoping for the best.

Have you heard anything since they called with the offer?
I got an offer on friday but haven't received a contract yet.

Even I was expecting contract to be received by today but then I gave them a call and got to know that there is some delay from HR department. They also said to wait till next Wednesday now.

    Congrats for the offer :)

We had 3 people in HR out sick on Monday, (including the person who finalizes all the contracts) and as we're not a large office it's set us back a couple days in getting those out to you. Please forgive us. :P

Also hi, I'm Tiff. The last 15 of you to get an offer got it from me. You're a lovely bunch!

Well done guys, that's great news, I wish you all the best.

I myself never received a reply from Version 1 to my application which I sent before Christmas.

I am however currently employed as a graduate Java developer and have received an offer of a place on another graduate programme as a Java developer which starts in the Summer, both with top companies. I also graduated with a first.

It's hard to understand the process sometimes.

I have well over ten years experience and I have lost count of the number of developers who have told me to avoid the place like the plague. I'd shop around if I was you.

What companies would you recommend for a software development graduate programme.
