    Hi,

What would be the best way to gauge what sole trader expense / % you can put down for rent.

I have a full time day job, however:

A - i carry out all of my sole trader work in my rented accommodation every evening (4 hours)
B - i meet clients on average twice per week in my rented accommodation

What % of rent could i claim as an expense, cheers.

    Paul
