Thermal Compression Recommendations

Any recommendations on thermal compression gear? I have the 2XU stuff, but it's a little light (i.e, in terms of actually keeping me warm) in the Irish winter even. I like the Skins stuff, especially the sealing hem on the tops, but wondering is there heavier thermal compression that anyone has tried and recommended?

I like the Craft base layers. Not necessarily compression but more fitted base layers that help trap a layer of air against the skin. The other one I use is the Under Armour Cold layers. Long sleeve with a polo neck. Nice!
