OK, I'm sure you've seen threads like this before.

I'm 6ft tall, 15.5 stone. Big belly which I want rid of.

I know diet is vital and I am getting rid of the sh*t.

Is there a Youtube series you could recommend for exercise routnes? I want a 4-6 week programme if one exists.

I would like to bulk up is possible at 43.

Diet will be porridge in the morning, bananas during the day, lean meat sandwich at lunch and big dinner with meat, veg and pasta/rice in the evening.

    Do I have any hope?

Honestly, you wont do it in 4-6 weeks. You can make visible progress in that time, but it's an awfully short timescale for major change.

Your diet is carb heavy. I'm not anti-carb, but it can be a problem because ime it is very easy to overload, calorie-wise, when you eat a lot of carbs. You could cut a lot of those useless calories by just not eating the rice or pasta, and if you eat enough veg and protein, you wont miss it. Speaking of which, watch portions, know how much you are eating.

You mention no snacks or alcohol. We are heading to Christmas. Is this realistic? You don't need to binge massively, but total denial over the festive period might just be impossible.

I cant recommend specific routines, but I find bodyweight stuff, and plyometrics, are great for fast improvements.

Yeah 6 weeks is no time. You'll only have got going. Probably 18 workouts?

Yes you have hope. I'm not into bulking up so can't help you there. If you're looking at cutting first then maybe fitness blender stuff?

You're gonna need to burn calories. I've found running uses the most calories per amount of time I've put into an exercise.

If you've not run before, google for Couch to 5k to get into it.

The most quickest and noticeable impact on my belly fat came when I got up to 22k but that took a lot of practice.

The one thing to be aware of is that running long distance involves your legs impacting the ground a lot (it is a lot when you are that distance/time) so stretching is really important (for me anyway)

The quickest and most noticeable impact on belly fat comes after the fat from the rest of the body has gone.

Just noticed the OP got banned! Anyways, per others, 4-6 weeks is never going to happen. Diet is where it's at aswell, keep it lean. There's a guy who works for the UFC Mike something who has a good cookbook out for leaning up.

His name is Mike Dolce and espouses the Dolce Diet, I believe his area is quick weight cuts for mma fighter weigh ins, I don't think he has any professional qualifications
