30 Day Challenge

Lately I've been reading quite a lot self-improvement and other stuff along those lines. One thing that has popped up, and I'm sure a lot of you has heard of this, is the idea of a 30 day challenge. It's pretty self-explanatory, you set yourself a challenge for 30 days and do your best to stick it out and do it. It can be easy or hard, depending on what kind of challenge you want.
For example, I've decided I want to have a positive impact on at least one persons life everyday for the next 30 days just by doing little favours that lots of people appreciate. This challenge was chosen because lately there's been a lot of negativity in the media, with the government and water charges etc. so i thought why not, and especially in the run up to Christmas, a time of happiness.
Something you may want to try is eat less over Christmas, as we all know what can happen! Or go for a 30 minute walk every day, spend more time with the family every evening or even just make someone laugh everyday (If youre a dry Sh4te stick to the walking :P).
So now AH, im going to challenge you to start a 30 day challenge big or small, or you can rip the idea to shreds in the true spirit of After Hours :D

I'll do the volvic challenge and have a 'cheeky' volvic every day for 30 days.

I actually do things like this from time to time, but they're mostly personal health-related goals, like no alcohol for 30 days, walk for at least 30 minutes a day for 30 days, no sweets/chocolates/biscuits for 30 days...

I hardly ever make it to 30 days though.

Ya 30 days is actually quite a long time especially if you're struggling!

I did a 30 day 'not giving a f*ck about work' challenge about a decade ago.

Some 3600 days later it's still going fairly well.

Apparently Jimmy Savile tried this challenge with children but didn't make it past the 6 hour mark.

Considering it is December and Christmas is coming up, I am going to go on a 30 day challenge to become clinically obese.
