    In regards to the above such a the ones you see selling food, mobile cafés etc, what is the situation in regards to the law on pulling up at side of the road and selling away ( taking into account that you have all the other requirements covered ( hygiene, insurance etc )).

    You can if you are on private land, otherwise county councils have designated areas and at certain times.

    I'm not 100 percent but as far as I know, outside of the city you can park up wherever you like once it's not private property or causing an obstuction for a max of 4 hours without the need for any licences or permissions.
