Have you a pre pay meter? If so have you gas? Did you try reset the boiler? After that all you can do is call a RGI

Did you run out of gas recently and topped up to realise it's not working?

no it was running fine, replaced a rad a few weeks ago and was working ok after that, noticed the pressure was very high on the boiler about a week ago due to the downstairs rads being accidently turned off on the system but again its being working grand after that, should i even get a spark if there is a problem with the pump or fan or similar?

I'd have to be there to be honest. You'll have to call an Rgi at this stage

Unfortunately we can't give out advise here on how to fix your gas boiler (as in working inside the case) as I would be illegal gas works and could result in damage to persons or property.

Please do not attempt to repair this appliance yourself and get an RGI to do it, it's the law.
