    Hi
I've zoned heating when it's turned on upstairs & down the heating works silently. However when it's just on in one zone its making load noise. The rad in back downstairs room has a slight vibrate... I'm wondering could this be an air lock or something more serious ? Any advice would would be appreciated

Probarly just a faulty zone valve. Or pump to strong for single zone, a modulation pump might be better, call plumber.
