As always with the LLS it's about quantity not quality ;)

Odd that Tommy Tiernan hasn't been on to promote his new DVD. He's been on loads of radio shows over the past few weeks.

Meh. All Brits, apart from MK*.

It's much more fun when you have visiting American movie stars on the show. The cringe factor goes thru the roof when they don't have a clue who the Brit comedian and the Corrie actress on either side of them are. :D

*Yeah, yeah, yeah.... Niall Horan is from Mullingar. Whatever ! :P

At least tonight's misery slot is topical rather than just being there for the sake of having a misery slot.

Just hang on a minute here... I thought Tubridy got the job in RTE cos his grandfather worked there... But on looking at those images on the thread, I think he may have had somebody else in RTE pulling the strings (if you excuse the pun) for him...

I think that Bosco should be called in for a DNA test post haste..

Ah in fairness I don't mind that clip, it was a nice way to let people know that the little girl said thanks. She seemed like a wee dote.

Brendan O'Carroll on the other hand... I don't begrudge his success, I'm just completely completely baffled by it.

    Good Evening.

My Jaysus. Brendan is looking very bright for wearing his jumper in the studio.

He looks a banana ice cream sprigged with mint. :D

I do NOT get it at all.

I am enjoying this interview surprisingly enough. But not that stupid program.

Right, have to switch over to something else for a while. I can neither bear to listen to or watch Brendan O'Carroll.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,063 ✭✭✭Hitchens

Ah the engagement story is a great story in fairness.

My cousins hubby proposed to her on the plane, on the way over to London for a Six Nations game. She said yes, but she was fcuking mortified at the time. :o

Seriously though, what's the point of wearing his glasses like that if he's not going to use them properly?

That was clever on his part. If she said no, he still had the game to look forward to.

Tommy Tiernan has been the highlight of my week, every night this week I've gone to bed to listening to his interviews with Ray D'arcy and Tom Dunne, the guy is a breath of free air and he is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo funny. I'd love to see him on the LLS or SNS before Christmas.
