    There's perfume,body warmers, not really sure what else I could get her. Shes not really into make-up.

    Philosophy hand cream. That stuff's amazing. Expensive, she'd probably never buy it for herself, but it's really great.

    Or hand cream from l'occitane? They do an exfoliating hand scrub that's really nice too. Both of those together in a gift box would be lovely.

    A nice cashmere jumper / scarf? very warm in the cold weather. A voucher for her favourite hairdressers, if you know where she likes to go? Something she wouldn't normally spend a lot of money on for herself, like a good hand cream as above, or "posh" shampoo & conditioner?
