got offered interview

    Hi

    Got offered an interview yesterday in an email. Had to ring office to arrange a time. Rang a few times today but person was busy and now phone is engaged. Sent an email to explain in case person thought I wasn't interested. Is this ok ? Does it not look good ?

    Pretty bad of them not to talk to you after sending you an email, and then asking you to ring them to arrange time.
    Thats all you could do, is follow up by email.

    Well I sent the email just there so I just presume person was busy now and might hopefully get back Monday.

    yeah i would hope so. I suppose on a friday they are busy, closing the week etc. I would give them a call on monday if I havent heard from them by then...
