I work near this large building site and have been watching its progress. I say progress but in the last few months, after an initial rush, all you ever see is one or two caretaker workers, where it looks like they have changed their minds about finishing the project. So just wondering if anyone knows what it is they are…

So just wondering if anyone knows what it is they are building there in the first place, and why it has come to a virtual standstill....
Maybe there is some HSE budget politics in play?
