Hi, so I've been on Centrum Advance for the last couple of years, and to be honest don't notice any huge difference if I come off them for a period of time.

Thinking about trying an alternative and would really appreciate any advice.
Pharmaton I noticed is twice the price, and wondering if it's worth it?
In my early 30's and live an active lifestyle with a stressful desk job. Thanks in advance!

If you have a balanced diet there really shouldn't be any need for them. Do you have a specific deficiency or have you had medical advice that you should take them? If not you literally could be peeing them down the drain.

Good point! Nope no deficiency that I'm aware of, and I eat a relatively healthy and balanced diet. I always just assumed that it would be worth taking them for anything that I might be missing. So it could be a waste of time?

Absolutely! There are numerous studies out there to say that most people who take them have a balanced diet that doesn't require them.

    E.g. http://www.webmd.com/vitamins-and-supplements/news/20131216/experts-dont-waste-your-money-on-multivitamins

Obviously your health professional knows best and if they advise you to take something for some reason you should.
