UPC Broadband Issues

    Hi,

    Just wondering if anyone is expericing the same issues here.

    I've been a UPC customer for a number of years without issue. Last May I was upgraded to 30MB BB plus new modem and thats when I believe the issues stared.

    1. WiFi drops are random intervals
    2. Hardline drops (via electrical wiring)
    3. Hardline drops via direct connection (when I am sitting next to modem connected)
    4. 3G connection kicks in when WiFi drops (my call logs have been sent to UPC)
    5. UPC engineers have calls twice and have replaced modem
    6. I have changed channels (1, 6, 11) no better
    7. UPC do not see any issues when they look back over past week.
    8. I reset Modem, yet UPC cannot see this reset (reset did happen as my channel reverted back to default)
    9. ?????

    Anyone having same issues????
