Regulations about the maximum height of a back garden shed

    Dear All,

I have bought a house in Dublin 22 and in the back garden there is a huge (~5mx5m) stone shed with a flat roof that definitely needs replacing. If we could give a bit of a slope to the roof it would mean a much better end result, and technically it should be possible to raise the back wall of the shed and then build a sloped roof that would drive water into our garden. The back wall of the shed is actually the back wall of our garden towards the neighbour.

The 2 questions that I have:

    1. I have spent 10 minutes now but could not find the regulations on the internet. Have found news about the regulations, but not the regulations themselves. I know I am an idiot but could someone please send me a link?
    2. If someone is knowledgable in this area, could you please let me know what to search for within the regulations that applies to this case?

    Thank you for your help.

    Bets regards,
    Joe
