    I bought a new samsung phone earlier today and have been trying to get the back off it to put in the battery since. I am convinced that it must be faulty It ishouldnt be that hard to take the back cover off should it.:(

    You just need to pull it off. Its quite flimsy so be careful not to crack it.

    I have one of them, use your nail up at the corner and prise it open.

    There has been 4 of us trying since 3 o clock today wont budge I am after putting all into box to take to shop tomorrow and they can do it.

    I reckon they have done something I will look a complete fool in the shop tomorrow they will make it look so easy. Just dying to get it set up tonight.

    On second thoughts I will send other half :)

    Other half took phone back to shop It seems there was a small strip that we should have removed before the back could be taken off. OH well you live and learn.
