    Hi folks,

Sis got a stove 'insert' installed Feb last year, got guy to clean the chimney last month, and bits started falling down as he was doing it. He said the pipes up the chimney were banjaxed an not to light the thing again.
The crowd who supplied the stove and all the fittings say it wasn't fitted correctly, the crowd who fitted it say they followed the instructions in the book supplied with the stove (the wrong book was supplied).
Sis is now in the situation where no one will admit responsibility, and she is left burning oil instead of free wood. Needs to get this sorted but needs an expert to do a report on most likely cause to find out who's responsible, to try to get them to fix it, or take it to small claims court.
If anyone knows who she could contact to do this, please pm with details.

    Thanks.
