I just used the contact form on website. Got an email back with ticket number to confirm they recieved it. Can't do any harm.

Ripping! Tried to an order through several times last night with error messages each time. I figured their servers/website is overloaded so I'll contact support email with the order number and they'd put it through today.
No reply, so I gave a ring - in short, they don't accept Debit cards. And if your Paypal was setup with your Debit card it wouldn't work either.
No indication of this anywhere, I could have used my credit card to sort it out. And the kicker, they wouldn't honour the code. Missed a great deal :-/

Uh Oh - I ordered last night and used Paypal - went through fine and I got confirmation email. I think my debit card is linked to Paypal though so am I snookered!?

Re. Charao's post above: Yep. I was worried when I saw the posts on here so checked my online banking and the money has been taken out. And my Quiksilver account says that the order is being processed, so I assume they will dispatch it soon.
