I'm from England, my partner is from Ireland I moved to Ireland when I was 20 weeks pregnant I taught it was the right thing for me to do we've been together 2 years and my daughters 1 everything has gone down hill and I want to go to England to my family and start again, wouldn't stop him seeing my daughter but would hate her flying all the time over to him, he is also a guardian I regret making him one because I feel he can use it against me I just want to be happy with my family.. Would I have to go court to leave and settle visits?

I don't know about visitation to and from the UK. You'd best speak to a solicitor in the UK who deals with family matters. Are you even allowed to move from Ireland with the child if the father has guardianship? The question should be put to an Irish family law solicitor also.

    Good luck!
