probably a lot more than the cost of sticking in a second hand engine. It would be over 1000 for a rebuild and probably 200 for a second hand engine with a good few hundred of labour on top of that.
An 05 almera isnt worth a lot so not sure if the rebuild would be the way to go.
Are you attached to the car in some way. Is it in good nick aside from this?
Have you heard of the bangernomics forum?

How much is it burning? Most manufacturers won't look at a new car unless it's burning more than a litre per 1000km. Unless it's burning several litres per 1k km just keep it topped up.

How much oil is it losing per week/month/tank/1000km or whatever?

Or is it just a cloud of nasty blue/grey smoke when you start it after it sitting overnight? If so, does it stop producing smoke after 30seconds?

How long is the nct? Any timing chain problems? Any rust on crossmember or sills?

If you are keen to keep her then you have to be thinking about a second hand engine. A full rebuild will likely run to more than the value of the car.

Have you checked the crank breather system?
