You'll need to make sure remote access is enabled over the WAN interface.

And then you will need to know your WAN IP address.. Browse to that ip in your browser from a remote location and log in.

Are you just looking to connect to the management interface of the router?

Or do you need to connect to one of your computer or devices connected to the router?

If it's the first option then you can enable this but I'd strongly advise against it.
These routers have default shared admin logins that Vodafone use to manage the device. Vodafone restrict it to just one ip source address, to 'kind of ' secure it.

If you open it to all addresses then everyone can log into the router, and there are automated programs run by malicious organisations that probe for such mistakes.
From there they can further change the rules to gain access to the rest of your computers, or put their own software on your router to spy on network traffic.

If you choose to ignore this then the setting is under Advanced \ ACL \ Service type is HTTPS.

    Ok.
    Different kettle of fish so.
What your looking to do is setup a VPN into your network

I'm not sure this router has this capability..
    Can anyone else confirm this?

    No, it doesn't.

If OP had a computer running on the premises permanently, then a paid service like LogMeIn Hamachi might work for him.
    https://secure.logmein.com/IE/products/hamachi/default.aspx

Or if there is a web interface to a particular device like a nannycam, or internet connected heating control system or whatever, then he could port forward to this individual device.

With Vodafone Fibre, you need to pay an extra €5 for a static IP that doesn't move around. Or have to muck around with dynamic dns.

And again, the devices need to have their default password changed if the control interface is made to face the whole wide web.
