Sunway acquires Wings Abroad for Turkish holidays

    Sunway has acquired Wings Abroad’s Turkish holiday programme, with immediate effect.

    The tour operator will take over the full Wings Abroad programme to Turkey, it has announced this afternoon.

    There will be no disruption to services for existing customers of Wings Abroad, with whom Sunway will be in contact shortly in relation to their travel arrangements.

    The Wings Abroad team will move to Sunway's offices in Dun Laoghaire.

    Turkey has been gaining traction for years in the Irish market, offering an increasingly established alternative to traditional holiday hotspots like the Algarve, Canary Islands and Spain's Costa del Sol.
