I've booked a short holiday for my partner and two children aged 4 and 6months. I've payed for both hotels allready as they were on offer but I still have to book the flights. Staying in chessington world day 1 and day 2 and windsor day 3..

I've noticed flying into gathwick is a fraction of the price compared to heathrow. But gathwick is a further distance. We will be using public transport as neither of us drive.

I just need a few tips and advice as this is our first holiday and I'm very confused. Also regarding the flights can you take a large double buggy on planes.

    Thanks

Fly into Gatwick and then you will be able to get the train to Chesington via Clapham Junction. It will take a while as you have to go past it and then change out on a different line. It would be quicker to get a train to Croydon and then a mini cab the final bit if you dont want to spend long on the train.

To get to Legoland get the train to Clapham junction and change for a train to Windsor and a cab the final bit of the way.

Then after lego land fly back via Heathrow (Would be cheaper to get a taxi for this bit) I have codes for £10 off ubers which would give you a few pound off. But you can use train to Staines change and then train to Heathrow.

Was there a very good offer on as Ive seen quite of these threads coming up at the moment?

London Gatwick 25 pounds approx.,see if you can buy in advance
