ESB IT graduate roll interview

    Hi everyone,
    I got a call to go for the first round of interviews for the ESB graduatwe IT roll, I was wondering if anyone had any information on the content raised in the interview.

    From the spec they sent its not the usual interview first your giving a business problem you make a presintation and then answers questions, follew by a "Targeted selection interview".

    Any information would be great guys

    Hi Taylor,

    I have also received a call for ESB IT Graduate interview which is on 2nd Dec. But I am not sure what it will going to be like.

    From reading the spec it doesn't appear that technical based I think or do you view it different? I'ge mine @ 9 on Monday I'll let you know what to expect afterwards
