Reliable bicycle shop to buy used/new to replace stolen mountain bike

sorry if questions like this were asked but this is pretty urgent.

My Trek 3500 was stolen last weekend, and I urgently need a new mountain bike.

Budget is about €220 max and even a used bike would be ok. Anything more and i'm worried it will attract thieves again.

Are there any friendly, reliable bike shops in South Dublin (Dublin 12,6,6w,) areas around there, to look at bikes? Eurocycles is not really a first choice for me and MacDonad's in Rathgar is often pricey, not sure if they do second hand ones either?

So a small, friendly shop would be great.

I'm not sure what type to get tbh (any ideas appreciated) but it's sad my Trek lasted about 7 years so it was well worn out before it was nicked.

My niece had 2 bikes stolen within 3 months at Vincent hospital.
The last was her dad's and a heap of junk.
They took her locked one and left a better one that was unlocked.
Just shows there's no logic with them.

Unfortunately they can be stealing things just be an annoyance to others not necessarily to sell them for drugs, so it can be random.

Expert Cycles in Rathfarnham Village is a fantastic bike shop.

However, with a budget of €220, you might be better off on Done Deal or Adverts.ie.

There's no chance of a used bike in Expert Cycles. I'm just worried about a new one being robbed again. :/

Maybe the bike shop in Belfield could be worth a shot?
