So I purchased a refurbed Gigabyte r9 280x in May. I completed my build in September. There have always been issues with the GPU crashing the system during gaming. I have decided to RMA it. Here is where I need the advice. I have 2 options.

    1) Return to the vendor for a full refund of €170

2)Return to gigabyte for repair/replacement at a cost of about €45 (postage both ways)

If I were to take option 1 I would probably save a little more and buy a GTX 970.

Option 2 would leave me with a possible repaired or in best case scenario replaced r9 280x...
    What would you do?

Go for the one you're probably already leaning towards, option 1. :)
