I wonder can anyone offer me advice here, roughly over a year ago I paid for something on my credit card, it was for an online training course which i never received, i went to my bank as told them i never received what i paid for and i wanted to do a chargeback but the bank, of course, messed me around and did nothing for me then sent me a letter to say i was past the date in which i could have a chargeback carried out. Now, I have recently been told that in actual fact i can instruct a chargeback up to 2 years after the transaction, can anybody shed any light on this situation?

    Many thanks
