What she's saying doesnt really make sense to me, it must be so frustrating, painful, impossible to get any pleasure from it but she's saying she craves more affection and attention so im not really following there.

It might sound great, but I have to presume that over time, dopamine receptors get down-regulated if they're activated constantly, meaning that one would continue to feel "orgasm", but the pleasure would get less and less intense. Isn't this part of the reason that subsequent ejaculations for guys tend not to be as epic as the first?

Oh and this does happen to lads as well, but alas our penii can't handle having enlarged blood vessels for a prolonged period and it can actually be quite dangerous.

My guess is that what she's really experiencing is a persistent state of advanced sexual arousal as opposed to actual orgasm. If you've ever tried edging or tease & denial (which if you haven't, you should ) you'll know what I mean... Which would actually make you want to hump everything in sight.
