    Hello all!

    I will be moving to Galway early next month with my wife and hoping to find somewhere to rent only the concern is we have spent the last 4 years working on cruise ships then when returning (not to Ireland) we spent time living at her parents or on holiday in hotels/holiday apartments. Do you think this will be a major issue for people asking for references or as we have a valid reason for lack off references they may use discretion?

    Maybe if anyone had concern we could off them more in way of deposit?

    Any help appreciated!

    There shouldn't be an issue if or when said references are legit, good luck with it

    Just get written reference from your cruise ship boss and her parents.. Current work references are probably more relevant.
