Bosch washing machine not spinning

My 12 year old Bosch Classixx 1200 Washing Machine (Model WFL2462GB) won't spin. It makes a grinding noise when I move the drum manually.

This is a video of me moving the drum manually:

Here it is trying to spin:

Can the machine be repaired or is it more economical to buy a new machine?

Bearings are knackered, uneconomical to repair.

If it's the bearings I'd have a crack at sourcing them and have a go at a repair myself. Did the bushings on the motor on my own machine a few years ago without any prior knowledge or experience.

What sometimes makes these uneconomical is the cost of labour - if you're willing to have a crack yourself you could repair it economically.

The second clip shows the extent of the damage to the bearings and it is more than likely you would need to replace the tub support, it is also likely that it has also damaged the tub, not worth looking at on a 12yr old bosch.

    Ok fair enough

Thanks for all the replies. I've ordered a new washing machine.
