On marathon talk a good while back they had Pete Pfitzinger on talking about his Advanced Marathon book. During the interview he said he working on a new book, which is now out next week. Its called Faster Road Racing - 5K to Half Marathon. Really enjoyed the Advanced Marathon book as following it got me my sub 3 so looking forward to this one as I'm concentrating on the shorter stuff now. Picked it up on Book Depository for €14

that's just the Apple premium. They invented book you know.

From a high level it just looks like a newer version of his last book.

Like comparing brook ghost 5 to brook ghost 6.

Not much of a difference and the same methods and rules apply
